The short version
Looops collects no data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Everything you log stays on your device or in your own private iCloud.
1. Data storage
Looops is a privacy-first application. All of your loops, logs, categories, and settings are stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data syncs through your personal, private iCloud database so it is available on your other devices. The developer has no server and no ability to access, read, or recover your data.
2. No tracking
Looops does not track your location, usage patterns, or behavior. It does not contain advertising SDKs or analytics frameworks, and it never sells or shares your data with third parties — there is simply nothing to sell.
3. Notifications
If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Notification content never leaves your phone.
4. Crash reports
If you have opted in to sharing diagnostics with Apple (in iOS Settings), anonymous crash reports may be sent to Apple to help improve app stability. This is controlled entirely by your device settings and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
5. Data export & deletion
You can export all of your data to CSV at any time from Settings. Deleting the app removes all local data; to remove synced data as well, delete the app's iCloud data in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
6. Children
Looops does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
